Residence in North Sydney

This Normanhurst based home is all about the lifestyle of the clients which we don’t negotiate on and create a house they can call as home, well within their budget. This house has been designed to marry the exteriors to the interiors. In spite of numerous native flora which we had to retain, we were able to achieve a house with ample sun light from a double height void creating a drama of light and shade and accentuate the sense of space.

The key while designing this project was to incorporate the existing shed right next to an existing tree to the house design and utilize it into a breezeway with study and office space which is the main requirement for most of the houses specifically after covid. Doing this, not only spared the $$ for the clients but also saved a lot of space which they otherwise had to give away to protect the existing native tree.

Residence in Greater Western Sydney
- First Home Owner's Dream

In today’s scenario where houses are not designed as homes instead as match boxes placed couple of metres apart from each other and we really crave the natural sunlight and feeling of cool breeze, this home fulfilled the desire of the client by connecting the interior spaces to exterior with the strategical location of the courtyard. The spaces are created in a C form around this courtyard connecting them with the nature. This Schofields based home is designed for a growing young family where kids can enjoy and grow in a private zone for years to come. The house not only revolves around the courtyard/light well to allow morning sun to flow through the house and serves multiple functions but also cater the thermal comfort needs for the residents. This challenge was well achieved on a small block of 300 sq mts

Residence in The Hills Shire - Extension

Painting a picture on a blank canvas is much easier than improving an already drawn one. Extending a house is same because the existing house is not just a building , but a home filled with lots of memories and emotions for the people living in it. We successfully achieved the aspirations of the Hills District family  by giving them extra space to live without negotiating on the space for kid's recreation in the backyard.

Residence in South West Sydney

The client came to us with a desire to create a home which should stand out and give a feeling of Wow!!

Raked ceilings and voids in the house not only added a touch of luxury but drastically changed the way light travelled through the space and gave it a simple but elegant look.

The proposed duplex is designed in Milperra to create two dwellings with 5 bedrooms and ample living spaces for growing families. We have tried to incorporate voids to maximise the sunlight and hence the sense of space making them remarkable duplex design.

The Duplex is designed not only to provide a strikingly  contemporary presence to  the street but a comfortable house to the residents

Dual Occupancy in Greater Western Sydney

Despite a limited footprint due to the site’s unique envelope in Blacktown, we created a dual-occupancy that is soaked in light and is connected to its surroundings.
